• Margin : Minimum 25% margin required.
• Repayment : The repayment will be Maximum 240 months.
• Security : Own Property, Machinery will be treated as prime security and if borrower had LIC Policies, assignment policies will be treated as collateral security.
• Interest Rate : Interest Rate will be @8.75%
• Required Documents : Machinery Quotation/Estimate of Construction/Copy of Agreement to Sale,sanction plan, Deposit Margin in savings account, Last 3 Years Financial statements with I.T.Returns, Two Guarantors & their Income related documents& property related documents, LIC policy & Borrower business related documents, KYC documents of Borrower & Guarantors
• Loan Service charges/Processing Fee : Per lakh Rs.230/-
