• Eligibility : This Scheme is available for Business Loans, Working Capital Finance
• Tenure : Tenure Period 3 years and ever year review
• Security : Own Property, Stock will be treated as prime security and LIC Policies will be treated as collateral security.
• Interest Rate : Cash credit Limit up to Rs.2 lakh Interest Rate will be @ 10% & Above 2 lakh Interest Rate Will be @ 10.50%
• Required Documents : Latest Property card, Latest Stock Statement, Last 3 Years Financial statements with I.T.Returns, Two Guarantors & their Income related documents& property related documents, Borrower business related documents, KYC documents of Borrower & Guarantors
• Loan Service charges/Processing Fee : Per lakh Rs.230/-
